A disturbed digestive system
Due to the norepinephrine level and stress that I experience, food is poorly absorbed. My body needs these nutrients to inhibit the Lyme and be the bass, so to speak, get under control. Thus, the body needs zinc, magnesium and other minerals etc. need to calm down. Because I poorly absorb magnesium and other minerals in my intestines, I suffer from this, while I need those very substances. The substances are not used sufficiently because the intestines remove these substances too quickly due to chronic stress (norepinephrine level).
I try to eat healthy as much as possible. I would prefer to eat organic because I do not have to detoxify the pesticides and herbicides sprayed on the fruits and vegetables. I also try not to be afraid of and also eat it ordinary greetings and fruits. Otherwise, my portomonee would not pull it. Many toxins from fruits and vegetables can also be removed well with Baking Soda, however organic fruits and vegetables also water more antioxidants such as polyphenols, phenolic acids, flavones, flavonols including quercetin, salvestrols, and anthocyanins compared to non organic ones. More on this in the link of nature dieticians. Also, vegetables and fruits contain biophotons. This comes from the sunlight, the more biophotons vegetables and fruits are sent.
One of my supplements is beef bone bouilloin. Bone Bouillion is given to sick people for centuries to strengthen. Bone broths contain important nutrients and have a pleasant taste and are ideal as a basis for soups and sauces. It contains collagen and protein that my body needs at the moment.
