Right now I can't work. Whenever I can do something, I work as a volunteer at the SKSstore in Soest. Furthermore, whenever possible I exercise and can be found regularly in the forest where I take a walk.

I am allowed to use special supplements and herbs to strengthen the body and help with detoxification. Furthermore, I use doctors and therapists specialized in Lyme disease & trauma processing and a coach who knows how to guide and advise me. 

Since I cannot work at the moment, these medical costs are difficult to bear for myself. Support me so that I can continue future treatments. My dream is to get back to work.
